The first luxury tented camp in Kenya.
Governors' Camp is situated on the banks of the Mara River
in the west of the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Accommodation
in this luxury tented camp consists of 38 spacious and airy
tents with en suite bathrooms set amongst the trees along
the river. Game drives are included in the cost of a stay
at Governors' and are in 4 wheel drive vehicles.
Breakfast is usually served in the
open on the banks of the Mara River in the pale morning sun
and lunch under the shade of the camp's magnificent trees
with wide views across the plains. Dinner is in the candlelit
atmosphere of the dining tent. The food and personal service
is always excellent.
